The license is granted for personal or commercial use only where expressly permitted by the applicable product license.
Purchasing a software product does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to you.

Depending on the purchased license:
- A maximum number of devices may be permitted.
- Activation may require an internet connection.
- A device may need to be deactivated before activating another device.
- License validity may be checked periodically.
You must not share, resell, publish, or distribute your license key to unauthorized persons.
AspireGate may limit, suspend, or revoke activations when unauthorized use or license abuse is detected.

- Share license keys or activation credentials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

6. Updates and Upgrades
AspireGate may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, and new versions.
Updates may be delivered automatically or made available for manual download.
The availability of updates and major upgrades depends on the product and the applicable license conditions.
AspireGate does not guarantee that every license includes all future major versions or additional features.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid software licenses are granted after successful payment confirmation.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including PayPal.
Refund requests are handled according to the applicable refund policy, product conditions, and mandatory consumer protection laws.
Where a refund is approved, the associated license may be deactivated or revoked and access to the relevant downloads may be withdrawn.
8. Free Software
Some AspireGate products may be distributed free of charge.
Free products may include feature limitations, advertisements, or optional paid upgrades, as described on their respective product pages.
Free software remains subject to this Agreement unless a separate license applies.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, documentation, graphics, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of AspireGate or their respective rights holders.
This Agreement grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
10. Third-Party Components
Certain software products may include or depend on third-party libraries, frameworks, services, or components.
Those components may be governed by separate open-source or third-party license agreements.
Where applicable, the relevant third-party license terms remain in effect and take precedence for those components.
11. Privacy and License Verification
Certain software products may communicate with AspireGate servers to verify license validity, manage activations, deliver updates, or provide related services.
The information processed for these purposes will be handled according to the AspireGate Privacy Policy and applicable product documentation.
12. Suspension and Termination
AspireGate may suspend or terminate a license if:
- The license is used fraudulently.
- The license key is redistributed or shared without authorization.
- The user materially violates this Agreement.
- Payment is reversed, refunded, or subject to a confirmed fraudulent transaction.
Upon termination, you must stop using the affected software and remove unauthorized copies.
Any rights or obligations that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, software is provided according to its published specifications and applicable product conditions.
AspireGate does not guarantee that every product will operate without interruption, errors, or incompatibilities on every device or system.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AspireGate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the installation or use of its software.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user’s country of residence.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
